The Reverb eco-village is a completely self-sufficient complement to a musician’s tour. All funding, set-up and breakdown is done by Reverb staff. Traveling to each venue along the tour, this environmental “bazaar” of sorts will consist of alternative energy technologies, local and national non-profits, enviro-friendly products, voter registration, and any other elements that the musicians would like to include. The aim of the eco-village is to enhance the overall concert experience while educating, invigorating, and inspiring fans.
![]() Prior to the show, between sets and following the performance, concert-goers can feel, taste, smell, see and hear the latest in environmental innovation. The fans can chat with environmental leaders in their area cooling off in front of fans powered by solar panels; hop in a hybrid car to get a feel for what it’s like; sample eco-friendly beauty and home products; watch a demonstration of an engine running on biodiesel, and register to vote. | ||
